Energy pounding through my veins, giving the
impetuous needed to get through another day.

Lilting music penetrating my mind with rhythms
being played, starting and stopping, taking
thoughts back and forth, living in the moment.

Strolling down memory lane, hand in hand, smiling,
beneficent, utterly being human, simple easy
pleasure giving us satisfaction needed.

Forever tending to it's essence in every respect
throughout life.
