September Ends.... October Is Drowning Near

Rating: 5.0

Seasons change so fast
time quickly passed
Holidays is just around the corner
October is drowning near
I'm here
standing by my windowpane
scrutinize how September end..

Memories wandering one by one
it seems only yesterday (January)
my thoughts convey
congregate what i have achieved- (did i?)
for the past few months..

staring blank,
flashing back,
'Well i gathered few success-more losses'.

In this room
I need to bloom
my Soul go with the flow
my Spirit let it grow
gather strength to build anew
assembling ideas to name a few.

BER months rushing by
2016 soon bid goodbye
Hoping in 2017
I can spread my wings and fly.

i had to look up (Googled) aspiration.. one definition is hope, but that's ok. it is a poem, and using synonyms reinforces what you want to say. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - note the totally different second definition: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Search Results as·pi·ra·tion ˌaspəˈrāSH(ə) n/ noun noun: aspiration; plural noun: aspirations 1. a hope or ambition of achieving something. he had nothing tangible to back up his literary aspirations synonyms: desire, hope, dream, wish, longing, yearning; More aim, ambition, expectation, goal, target his greatest aspiration is to win an Olympic gold medal the object of one's hope or ambition; a goal. fabrics and oriental rugs were my aspirations 2. Medicine the action or process of drawing breath. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - your English is not polished, but you know that! AND i 'allow for that' here at times. you do VERY WELL for a foreigner! ha ha. my favorite lines: BER months rushing by 2016 soon bid goodbye Hoping in 2017 I can spread my wings and fly. you have my best wishes for 2017! ! ! and in November this poem will find a place in Section A of the showcase on my site. to MyPoemList for now. thanks, bri :) :)

Time flies so fast..... The swift movement of time is hardly noticed by us. So instead of waiting, it is time to act. Hope fills our life and new plans are formulated. Let us dream of a time when wings sprout on us and we taking off to the skies... A beautiful poem!
