Sajak Meditasi: Sayur Mayur Keheningan (Indonesian)

Pagi menggeliat hening
Membawa sekeranjang
hasil berkebun
Melewati jalan-jalan sunyi
Setapak demi setapak
Kita tundukkan kepala
Berjalan pelan-pelan
Menghirup kehidupan
Perjalanan berliku
Keheningan semesta
Keheningan pemberian
Keheningan penerimaan
Wajah yang tertunduk
Pelan-pelan melangkah
Sekeranjang di punggung
Nafas yang dihela
Nafas yang dihirup
Semesta adalah kekasih
Ladang sayur terhampar
Bunga warna-warni
Mata terpejam
Dalam diam bunga-bunga
Mekar dan tumbuh
Cinta dan air yang mengalir
Hening menuju ke lembah
Petani berkebun bahagia
Memandang
Dharmanya
Dalam hening
Sunyi
