Safe Poem by Tiffany Rose Moczydlowski

Safe

Rating: 0.5

No trust
No love
Nobody to be there
To help me when
I'm scared
My faith, it waned
I'd seen better days
But no one seemed to care
But you appeared
Looked into my eyes
Made my worries
Dematerialize
''To soothe my sorrow
Dissipate despair
Just prove to me
That you'll be there''
I said
I'd felt so whole
But so afraid
Your love would take a toll
But then you dried my tears
You saved my life
You helped me to
Put down the knife
No longer afraid
No longer alone
And we've made our love
As strong as stone
