Sacred Ghost Of My Soul Poem by Uriah Hamilton

Sacred Ghost Of My Soul

Piano sunset
And September dreams
Of your yellow dress.

My heart is rolling
Like a runaway wheel
To your heart.

I wish we were climbing
A green country hill
Soft October breeze of childhood
Against my skin.

There was an English rock band
We would get drunk to
And dance beneath the approving moon.

I was always in love
With you pale white face,
Sacred ghost of my soul.
