Running Where Others Crawl Poem by DOMINIC PREMPEH

Running Where Others Crawl

Rough and winding routes
With ascents and descents
And blockades and hurdles

Me, the blind
Walking this same route with others
The cripple, the weak and the able

But my determination conquers all
That’s why you see me fast running
Where the others can’t even crawl
