Right To Live Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Right To Live

Rating: 5.0

Not scientifically but humanly
When death brings halt of life abruptly
No one thinks about it when person breathers his last
The cremation process and other things take on very fast

It has relevance socially
People offer condolences orally
Almost in praise with tears
As lots of pain suddenly have emerged to bear

Yes it is tremendous loss and fact
Good person is remembered for his benevolent act
Bad person is of course not neglected
But people often do not show it when body is cremated

What happens after death?
In disbelief it stops our breath
We refuse to believe in shock
But yes, only grief remains in out stock

Everybody is aware of its existence
But its recognition comes very fast in everybody’s presence
People remember power of an almighty
Feel sore over demise and acknowledge the reality

Yes believe in high ideals
Adopt it and practice in real life
But see to it that it does not harm anyone
Life, as such ¸is right to live by every one
