Revealing Poem by Randy McClave

Revealing

Young lady in the revealing clothes
Who in the mind of others strikes a seductive pose,
Remember the greatest treasures by God is hidden
Unto the eyes of many those treasures are forbidden.

Everything that God has made valuable on this earth
Everything that truly has the greatest worth,
It is covered up and hard to see or to find
And many times, it is a precious one of a kind.
Diamonds are found in the ground, covered and protected
Picked and placed there as God had selected,
Sometimes you must do extensive research
And for them you must dig and dig and then still search.
Pearls are found deep in the ocean protected in a beautiful shell
And gold is found deep in the earth where no creatures dwell,
Underground, covered with layers of rock and stone
You have to work very hard and dig deep for it to be shown.
Your body is sacred and unto God it is unique
It should be the greatest prize any man could ever seek,
You are far more precious than gold, diamonds, and pearls
As is all females, women and girls.

Think about the clothes that you wear that is reveling
Unto no man are you hiding or concealing,
You are a treasure and you are a gem which is true
Therefore don't you believe you must be covered too.
