Republic Day
Republic day
Sunday,26th January 2020
The shining day
for all of to say
and enjoy the celebration
it has gone long way for the nation
we shall survive
and revive
the old tradition
and maintain the cultural heritage with all the nations
we have lived for centuries
accommodated all and made it as safe sanctuaries
we shall protect it at all the costs
even though evil eyes are all setwith the thrust
we are infant democracy
yet made the name already
"The world is our family"
and we are bound to accept it as universally
we are republic
with basic rights and duties
we are secular and democratic
and adhere to its sacred principles
we shall protect our country
even if threatened by other countries
we shall defend let one one think otherwise
we have promises to keep
