Remember Poem by hazel jackson

Remember

I can recall one of my best and worst days of my life because they both included you. I'll always remember this because women forget what they don't want to remember and remember what they don't want to forget. It just works. I can say I'll love you forever but it's up to you to keep those feelings alive inside me because they are for you and you only but if you withdraw and slowly start to pull away from me thinking I won't notice then those feelings will start to subside and slowly fade. I won't waste time trying to fix what you've broken, because you were supposed to be doing that, instead you pretend you don't see and continue to pull away until it's too late. So if you don't remember anything else then remember that this day and time that I left you was because you chose to rip the Band-Aid off slowly as if I wouldn't feel it or notice...wrong..but I did so now we're done. remember that.
