cold water
Shattered reflection
My mother's daughter

Memories of years
Now gone past
Life is Fleeting by
Not designed to last

Tainted Memories
A lone call
Sitting by myself
So seemingly small

A face not my own
Shimmers there
Alone at the pier
Forgetting to care
