Recovery Poem by Owain Glyn

Recovery

Rating: 5.0

I think that I have recovered
That 'm functioning well
That normality has taken up residence

Then

I hear the sounds of a forgotten song
The breeze attacks with historical perfumes
A color combination

Installs a sick sensation

My stomach churns
My heart burns
My head learns

This malady won't go away

It's here to stay
Today, and every day
As I take another step

Back to You.
