Reconditioning The Broom Poem by Geoffrey Fafard

Reconditioning The Broom

Rating: 5.0

Sweep away the dust
Of perpetual wingers
Clean up the remnants
Of all those that would rule
History needs a sort out
And we need desperately
To learn from it
If we are to continue
Time is no longer a measure
Of sanity's lessons
The world is spinning
And implosion is immanent
Our worldly clean up is impossible
Unless we recondition the broom.
