Recalling The Beauty Of Childhood Designs Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Recalling The Beauty Of Childhood Designs

Clapping and stomping feet, laughter filling the air all around us as everyone continues dancing and having fun.

Listening and recalling the beauty of childhood designs, bringing back the simplicity that we once knew and wish we'd never left the safety and security of family.

Anticipating the energy of laughter, teasing sisterly and brotherly spats, but only for moments in time, then coming around, finding that life can still be what it used to be.

Nothing to hinder it at all, going faster and faster around the endings of our younger days as we grew into adulthood, seeing things as they truly were.

Nothing better than what we ourselves can make from our own innate nature and talent, organizing and helping ourselves to the fruits of our labor, going faster than ever, keeping pace with inner desires and passion.
