Race Against Time: A Singing Dream Poem by Almedia Knight-Oliver

Race Against Time: A Singing Dream

Fast moving, up and down, rounding curves while
Washed in the early morning's golden glow, and
Delighting in huddling birds loving and hugging.

My singing dream of self-expression and creativity are best
Hearkening Chickadees poetic melody and ruffle feathers
Heels and toes rocking and rolling, rounding curves, and rest.
Yet, I dare round the bend too.

Concerning the feels of my inner desires: feeling joy and
Happiness. In waking life
Rejoicing in going as fast as I can as long as I can...
Life and time are kind of the same…
