QUERY
So much stored
Everywhere
To feed hungry belly
To quench thirst
Yet so many starve and die
Without handful of meals
And drops of water...Why?
So rich our mother earth
So affluent and productive
Yet we fight and quarrel
Scarcity prevailing
War goes on nonstop....Why?
So beautiful their hearts
So serene their minds
So caring their hands
So blissful their company
But victims they become
Of untold crimes....Why?
So innocent souls
Even yet to be born
Treated unkindly
And are aborted
Before given names..Why?
Relationship breaks
For parents' sin
Children suffer
Devoid of love and care
Sometimes beaten hard
Or cursed to be thrown
Out of the door...Why?
Why why why? ? ?
