in German;
but as 'der Wanst'
comes from 'die Wanne'
meaning 'the sump',
in some circles
you'd better use 'Wampe',
or 'die Beule' meaning 'the hump'.

the 'w' in German is pronounced 'v', the 'a' is long, the 'e' at the end of a word is said 'uh', 'die Beule' is said 'dee boiler' and 'der' is 'dare'.
