Pote 4 Poet Campaign

Pote's an old verb that means poke and thrust,
just what a poet does,
but it rhymes with a lot more than poet;
so let's call a poet a pote
and have rhymes with most of the -oats and -otes
between afloat and zygote,
and some of the -ots and -auts.

Nothing like a good campaign. Pote 4 Poet made me think of a wine. Please do not check my grammar.

I vote we float a boat with the antidote To what you wrote in our throat. Then we can tote that blue note to a remote stoat and devote to promote the quote. But I'm just a silly, billy goat. You're right, Douglas, that was a lot easier than finding rhymes with poet. : -)
