Poetry Of Assam, How To Write It? Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Poetry Of Assam, How To Write It?

The history who has striven to know? Who has at least taken care of to know it? How had it been its history? How the tantra-seat of it? Kamrupa-Kamakhya? How the cults of it? The festivals of it? How the staggering of Shiva with the body of Sati? If anybody could tell me! Anybody could have!
The story of its jungles one could have! How were its jungles, dense jungles! How the stories of its flora and fauna! The kingdoms and their lineages! Anybody could have at least! If anybody could have enlightened upon!
When all feared, the tantrics dared, dared to cross over to, when all feared, feared to! The stores of aboriginals, tribes, who to tell me, tell me? How were the villages, the villages of Assam?
How would it have been the hilly terrains and the ways, without routes leading to Tibet and its beyond, Burma and its beyond! How would it have Buddha and his disciples taking to the routes as for preaching in Central Asia or visit to Bodhgaya?
How was it used it in the World Wars for an ambush, how were its hidden aerodromes! How did the foreign soldiers suffer? How did our forces in protecting from the furies of nature and health hazards?
