Put on your socks go out and play
With friends and foes you sweat and sway
You scream, you yell, no stress astray
Such is good, a therapy at play
That is not a lot that is not enough
At night you sing though chest is puff
Take the stage if you have the stuff
You have no talents but no one laugh!
Be passionate on things you do
Also be serious if you have to
Make your friends too be like you
So that you are happy thru' and true
Recreation is a form of treatment
Do it weekly or at least more frequent
The aching bodies get some easement
Stress at bay, hypertension is gone!
Exercise is a form of vaccine
Your body is healthy your skin feels clean
Bugs and viruses are not in scene
Oxygen aplenty, your lungs are green
