Philippians 1: 14-30 Poem by Don Nguyen

Philippians 1: 14-30

'Out of an overflowing love for Most Blessed Lord, I now proclaim Him
Deep within, I am now willing to bear all things with a constant smile for His sake,
For if a love is real and true; it must be manifested and never forsaken.
Courage gained and fear suppressed, I rejoice, I shall forever rejoice.
May Christ be glorified in my humble body and spirit;
Through life or through death, through bliss or through trials.
Faithful, for me to live is Christ for Christ means to be redeemed;
Trustful, for me to die is gain;
Gain souls for the Kingdom of God through my fruitful labor unrestrained
Let your unstained life worthy of Christ's Gospel,
For you have been given the blessed favor thanks to the Lord;
Not only to believe in Him but also to suffer for Him, for our Blessed Lord.'

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
(I hate to call some works here dirty laundry but I cant lie for poetry should be noble and inspiring; they are simply made-up stories, immaginary in connive minds. I now suggest all my friends in Christ to do the same, ignore them.)
