Phantom Pain
A phantom pain Is pain you feel
in a limb that's no longer there.
Phantom or not, the pain is real.

If I lost you how would I fare?
I would surely feel the pain
in the limb you once were.
.
I'd not get you back again,
but would embrace what's left behind - the pain.
