I may be alive
But that doesn't mean I'm living
My Heart beats strong in my chest
But my soul is slowly dying
My eyes may be open
But there not quite seeing
Just because I'm breathing
Doesn't mean I'm not suffocating
Just because I stand strong
Doesn't meaning I'm not crying on the inside
Just because you don't see the pain
It doesn't mean it's not there
My scars are hidden
There not just skin deep
The pain I feel
Is mine to keep
I don't need your help
I don't want you to see
This is my pain
It must go unseen
This is my pain
