Our Eyes Poem by Hebert Logerie

Our Eyes

Our eyes miraculously get larger and larger,
Without an expansion in dimensions and without change.
Our eyes see the entire surface of the universe
At a glance: the beauty of the meadows and the green pastures.

We see a lot of phenomenon or stuff that we can't
Touch: life, love, hate, nature, sky and death.
Our eyes are very small, but they can see the world
With the entire splendor: the streams and the rivers that flood us.

Our eyes don't change in reality in size, but every day
They help us comprehend the philosophy of the theories and
The theorems. Our eyes are mirrors that see humanity
As a whole. These are spotlights that light up the courtyard.

Our eyes are open wider and wider every day,
All over the universe. They see inexplicable and phenomenal bodies.
Without our eyes we are lost in a cynical and mean world,
As we are squandered in the forests and in the history of the annals.
