Only darkness
Friday,4th June 2021

So far, no good
nothing was understood
all setbacks and kicks
some did it with words and some with bricks

it was the darkest hour
with no hope of getting respect and honour
I had to face the darkness
with no scope for brightness

with little hope of your getting near
it warded off the hidden fear
some hope delighted me from an inner urge
it was need of an age

I thought you will join
and remove my pain
maintain the good relation
and accompany me as a companion
