When it's dark out
you see rain
When your heart stops
you're getting wet
When time goes backwards
you see the future
A million new possiblities but over all
You see the rain
you're getting wet
no,
You're soaking
and you wish
You wish on a star
You wish you had a wish
A wish that WILL be granted
A wish that helps
A wish that loves
and hopes
and laughs
A wish for a new life
body
mind
And then you see success
you want to grab it but it slips away
You close your eyes
and fly
Fly away.
