One Bilva Leaf Poem by Govind Ramakrishnan

One Bilva Leaf

He
For whom
A garland of roses
And
A garland of snakes
Are one and the same

Who is smaller than
The atom,
And larger than
The universe,

I offer
One bilva leaf,
With
All my love

love the contrasts in this poem so much. A garland of roses and a garland of snakes and the distinction between atoms and the universe is quite stellar/
