Once Upon a Time

Once upon a time, there was a girl
Who liked everything and everyone.
This girl didn't know the world.
She saw no evil in it.

It occurred to her that there was perfection.
In her eyes there was no superstition.
This girl thought she herself was perfect too.

One day her mirror asked
Are you perfect.
She said yes I am.
The mirror said look twice.

For the first time
The girl saw an imperfect girl.
She knew at that moment
That nothing in life was perfect.
