Oh My Sorrow (Ghazal)
Oh my shadow, you are like my sorrow
Leaving me not alone to rest in peace
Oh my shadow you're dark like my sorrow
Leaving me not alone to rest in peace
Oh my shadow I know you're my body
That fell in wrong love losing all its peace
Oh my shadow I know you're my sorrow
For my Sun has left far with all my peace
Oh my shadow when my sun is not here
How come you follow giving me no peace
Oh my shadow don't you try to follow
For my sun's not here, I am without peace
Oh my sorrow you are like my shadow
Leaving me not alone to rest in peace
Oh my sorrow, may this mortal fall off
Unto the dust so my soul seeks its peace
Oh my sorrow, oh my shadow, ho ho
My mortal, just leave me to sleep in peace
