The lovers who have not embraced
...and enjoyed will say, 'Let the day dawn early'!

The lovers who have embraced and enjoyed
...will say, 'O night! stay and extend for a long time'!

Since sulk and feigned dislike leading the lover
...not to embrace the chest of the king Pandya

which was smeared with sandal-paste and worn
...with garland made up of variety of good flowers,
the breeze in the night touched the chest of the king!
