O! Cancer O! Cancer
And it is bye, bye, bye
Cancer is an evil freelancer
There is no life warning advancer!

O! Cancer O! Cancer
And it is why, why, why
And I wish I knew the answer
To this strange sickly cells dancer

O! Cancer O!Cancer
My life has become so dramatic
Swimming rapidly away on delicate fabric
O! Cancer O!Cancer
One will never know
If I was meant to grow
But if birds could talk and fishes could fly
We will stop asking ourselves the questions why
