Notice Of Resignation Poem by Paula Lubbe

Here it is,
My notice of resignation to this life.
I can do better than this,
This was but a lie.

I’m coming into my own now,
I know what I’m capable of.
I have new dreams that I’ll reach, somehow
Or maybe even rise above.

I’m starting a new page,
And setting better goals.
I’m no longer trapped inside this cage,
It’s in with the new and out with the old.

I’m my own motivation,
My dreams are growing greater still.
This new life will be my greatest creation,
And only with prosperity, will it be filled.
