No Worship For Failure Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

No Worship For Failure

Rating: 2.8

We have come on earth
With fear of unavoidable death
Amidst hostile surrounding
In search of peace but not sounding

Intelligent as we are gifted
Position always change and shifted
It is nature's law and rule
Get killed or kill but don't look fool

We all know our inherent weaknesses
Everything is known and reflected on face
Yet we go on blindly for chase
Retention with bitter memory and to erase

We love to err and ask for apology
Smile amidst crisis and paint it as rosy
No other go except to stay on in the scene
Such wise animal like human is never seen

We have yet not fear
Pain and agony for us to fear
As sensible animal we cry
Sometimes bow the head and feel shy

Express regret and sincerely resent
God has granted reprieve and sent
All goes well with sincere admission
We forget sin and keep no retention

Believe it or not, we are yet best
Life is not a joke but real test
You will have to survive and excel
By hook or crook you have to do it well

No one may worship failure
You will have to make it sure
Love to live with whatever you have
Even if called animal, you can nicely behave
