Intelligence and integrity
Of the judge would matter.
Honesty and truthfulness
Of the witnesses would matter.
Efficiency in argument
Of the lawyers would matter.
Documentary evidences
Mustered would matter.
Capacity to spend
Of the accused would matter.
Any flaw or wanting
Can derail the judgment.
Crime thrives in spite of the courts.
Crime thrivesbecause of the courts.
