Falling in love throws all manner of misdemeanours by the side of the road
The eventual landing sticks like superglue on a clean surface
Blinded by the deceptive believe that the heavens will fall should the love affair become unstuck
Love affairs have rained before on both sides of the pieces
Rendering them unsuited for the union of intimacy
Suddenly the dawn claims the original sacred
Nothing unsuited happened to the sacred discovery
The start is supposed to be clean despite the niggling truth
The deceptive secret garden had to be kept sacred to maintain the vow
‘Till death do us part’
Like a bolt of lightning the chain broke by the silent steps of infidelity
One piece had suddenly gotten detached and let in water
The glue, no matter how super it is grunts with unhappiness of stick
Because the gap has let in air, water and dirt to interfere
Despite the hurt the pieces will hug but won’t stick
The flow of assortments between rendered the relationship cold
Because the calabash has been broken and will not be mended
