Needing Someone Poem by Audrey Heller

Sometimes I get restless, looking
for that port in a storm. A place to
go, that I know, will keep me safe
and warm. I guess there's times,
when we have to face things on our
own. It's not a good feeling, when
you're out there all alone! This is the
perfect time when you need someone,
to be at your side. Helping you through
dark moments and restore, your sense
of pride. We all need people, without
them, it's a cold existance. Wouldn't you
rather have someone in your life? It
really can, make all the difference!
