Common sense to have and use.
Will not appear on anyone's wish list.
Faith unshakened.
And truth to know for its benefits.

Listening less to hypocrites.
And those spewing self righteousness,
From podiums in auditoriums...
Or pulpits to twist the meaning of scriptures.
Will not appear on anyone's wish list.

Violence to end by the ones defending conflicts.
Will not appear on anyone's wish list.
Since commitment made to prioritize craze,
Has kept all minds focused...
On deceptions they expect and accept.
Leaving honesty and truth to live,
Wished with hopes to get...
For many not yet determined to be,
A needed necessity.
