My Wait For You Poem by Bewley Gena

My Wait For You

Rating: 5.0

14.5674 billon years. That's how long I've been waiting. When the big bang was still the little bag, I was waiting. Before the first sunrise I waited in the dark. Before the first microbe swam in the ocean I waited alone. Before man took his first breath I waited in silence. Before your mother swaddled you, I waited in anticipation. When you left, I waited with me. When the world died, I waited alone again. When the universe collapsed, I waited in darkness. And I will continue to wait until your mine.

A very nice and unique poem of its own, love can indeed endure the long wait, I enjoyed this very much.
