My Mom & All Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal
My Mom & All
I needed to tell simple truth
What I had in mind as worth!
Only one individual personality emerged
Mom was there for me even if she was aged
She will not rest until see me
I have not come out of it as free
She still puts her hand over my head
I look at her eyes and get what is to be read
I have children at home
No doubt they feel nice and welcome
Yet mom has remained same
I feel sometime little shame
She gave me everything in time
She never bothered about availability of it sometimes
She brought from any available source
She was yielding to my insistence or force
I see her in corner of house
Not dejected or neglected with grouse
But totally satisfied with her grown tree
Not feeling concerned with little worry
I bow my head first to her
She still stands on her feet and smile
I see whole of the world under her shed
For many years she has successfully lead
