My Fuji Poem by Lawerence Mize, Sr.

My Fuji

I like to ride
My Fuji after work
Feel so much better
As wind blows through my shirt

Put all my cares
To rest on the bike
Don't want to jog
Or go for a hike

The hills are a drag
Like the road level and smooth
Watch out for the ruts
And wheel catching grooves

Take in the sights
Put my mind at ease
Life seems so much simpler
When you catch a nice breeze

In just a short while
I'm no longer tense
Before I know it
I'm home and spent
