Murdering Myself Poem by wild fire

Murdering Myself

I can hear her heartbeat
pounding in my head
as I search for her in
the darkness.

The black velvet sky
provides no moon tonight
as I feel her breath on my skin
every one of my senses alive

Yet as I am hunting this virgin goddess
i am being hunter by the lover
all three of us the same but extremely different
All of us snared into traps and hidden doors

I can see the virgin's blood in her tears
and smile wickedly because she will be dead tonight
dead and gone just like my soul
and the lover's call makes me shiver

She's on my trail and
I know I must kill the virgin quick,
I grab her heart and poison it with my black tears,
as the lover steps from the bushes

I am quick to my feet
but her arrow pierces my chest
and my black heart beats no more
as she weeps for her twin

As I was the evil of the three,
two sleep dead tonight and
with that I am satisfied for the lover
will die soon as she digests my poison tears

That have fallen into the lake
where she takes her last drink
and I have murdered myself
I am sleeping in hell tonight
