Murderers Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Murderers

Rating: 3.5

Murderers

Heard them shout:
"You killers, murderers! "

Went close to help them
And was wrong, I couldn't!

Saw them cut by blades
Saw their wounds be salted
Saw them crushed, piled
To be used as slopes
For kids to toboggan…

Sky kept crying
In drops, granular,
Slowly in flakes.

Brutal seemed to be
Such actions to mother.

Saw poor Earth in suffer
Yet was shy and humble.

Kept coming the dozers
With blue and amber
Lights, on and rotating
Behind them in long line
Kept coming the salters.

Modern man kept killing
The white of the snow
To make salty sewage
That ends up in the lakes
That kills the fishes there.

I stood, did nothing
While sadly observing
Murder of miracles
Of our kindest Nature
Replaced with the junks
Made, by the factories
That add to wealth of rich!
