Multi-Versity Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Multi-Versity

Intense.
A multi-versity.
Forever within dimensional heavens.
Unmeasured by light years.
Or galaxies.
And beyond telescopic,
Probing eyes will see.
To accept and believe this existence.
Yet kept to witness,
Is life.
Born from an Earth that gives birth.
Done repeatedly.
Without the assistance of its inhabitants.
Habitually trying to identify,
What is not for them to explain.
In a multi-versity forever changing.
To do what it does.
Within the beyond.
And left to captivate passengers.
Who come but not to stay.
As visitors on a mystery tour.
With more questions to ask.
Than have answered.
