Mondesanblick (Caspar David Friedrich zugeeignet) - Patrząc na księżyc (Polish Translation)

Caspar David Friedrich zugeeignet

Mondesanblick - überall Erwarten
Des Zaubers… zwischen Wipfel
Und Gestein, den Wald

Erlösend, über Pfad und Wurzel
Ruhend… bei Kapelle
Oder Kreuz…

Anleuchtend aus Ruinen
Wie den Meeren… aus Klippen
Mit dem Licht der ganzen Welt!

Patrząc na księżyc
(Polish Translation)

Dedykowane Casparowi Davidowi
Friedrichowi

Widok księżyca – wszędzie oczekiwanie
Na czary … pomiędzy czubkami drzew
I kamieniami, przynosząc wybawienie

Lasowi, poprzez ścieżkę i korzenie
Odpoczywając … przy kapliczce
Albo krzyżu …

Przebłyskując z ruin
Jak z mórz... z podwodnych skał
Światłem całego świata!

Poem of the Day

poet George Gordon Byron

It is the hour when from the boughs
The nightingale's high note is heard;
It is the hour -- when lover's vows
Seem sweet in every whisper'd word;
And gentle winds and waters near,
