Momma Poem by McKenzie Spaulding

Momma

How do you know Momma?
You have special powers
Ones where you know my thoughts
And feelings.

How do your arms comfort me perfectly
At any age and size?

Your familiar smell calms me.
Your voice magically finds the
Words I need to hear.

You wipe my tears
And whisper
“I love you always…No matter what! ”

You listen to me,
Even when to are busy.

You help me with my homework,
Even when its midnight.

You are always there when I need you the most.
I can always depend on you!
I love you Momma!
