Waiting To Be Told Poem by McKenzie Spaulding

Waiting To Be Told

Urgency

A song, yet a chronicle yearning to be told.
Rushing to deliver a tale of love, fear and passion.
Melodious, flowing to keep a rhythmic beat
A soaring trill of flutes mark
Happiness among a struggle.

Comfort

Leading slowly into a melonchaly ache
Struggling to gain momentum and strenghth
Fading into a sweet solace.

Feeling safe in the fact that everything will be alright.
