there is a line
in Jesus's face,
just below His eyes...

and on that line
are written the names
of all the children
in the world
dying of starvation...

there is a line
in Buddha's face,
just below his eyes....

and on that line
are written the names
of all the children
in the world
whose familes have
been killed by the
bombs and bullets.

there is a line
in my own face,
just below my eyes...

and on that line
are written the names
of all the children
in the world
i let down when
i dont do my best,
to stand up strong
for equality and peace.
