Meditation, How To Take A Break From Overschedule?

If you are feeling tense, overriden with,
Overburdened and anxiety-laden,
Relax you to be care-free and to be happy,
Mutter you in whispers slowly,
Om, Hari Om,
Holding the breath, breathing in,
Breathing out in a descending order
As you climb he ladder
And go down for a few minutes,
Concentrate, concentrate you on a dot.

A headpiece of a smiling Buddha
Will help you, help you
In restoring peaceand calm to you,
Just go on, go on seeing,
Seeing him in a squatting mode,
Sitting crosslegged
With the head helfd high and the body straightened,
Om shantih shantih shantih will hhelp you.
