Marry Me? Poem by Orlando De Los Santos

Marry Me?

I’ve always wondered
What it would feel like
To be with a woman like you

Whose eyes are beyond the pearls of the sea
Sparkly and mystic
Holding something tragic
And realistic
Like a fortune teller with descendents from the
Gypsies

Whose vocabulary is beyond my own comprehension
Linking words together like Webster’s Dictionary
Saying each one
Smooth and with ease
Like marble floors in a Greek world
Whose voice is sweet like Mable Syrup
Drizzling each conversation
With its natural sweetness
Vocal chords producing something beyond greatness
With the help of your tongue
Hitting the roof of your mouth
And the click of your teeth
You produce a lovely sound

I know you’ve heard this before
Too many if in fact
But you beautiful beyond attention
You pull males like me towards you
Rivaling the worlds gravitation
Now, Mother Nature is jealous
Cause she blessed you with beauty that rivals her own

Whose hair is silky like the worms that
Produce it
Soft and luscious hair as if it produces only that color
And skin that is flawless like the petals
On a rose
Wishing my finger tips glided over it real slow

I wonder if Aphrodite shaped you herself
To curse you
To tease me
Cause I know I only see you in my dreams

You’re womanly at your peak
Like the Roman Empire that came from the Greeks
Everything about you is ripe
Like the fruit from a tree
I just want to pick it and eat it
If you know what I mean

To have the flavors burst in my mouth
While you make a sound
Of deep pleasure
Mumbling words from your Aesthetic philosophy

Exploring what’s between your thighs
Like Hernan Cortez in a new world

I have a fetish that includes
Voice, feet and eyes
But I can do much more
I can go hard, cruel and sadistic
Or
Gentle, lovable and real slow

After I fertilize like a cactus flower to a rose
I’ll stay after our night as one
And whisper your name
And propose

So
Woman I only imagine
How it would be to be with you
Marry me?
And make memories of you and i
Till death do us apart
Till we die

I’ve always wondered
What it would feel like
To be with a woman like you
For eternity
Never being bored in anyway like the girls in the ‘hoods
In anyway
Mentally
Or
Sexually
Cause we’re both in each other’s fantasies
So let’s make it a reality
Marry me?
