Madness Poem by Iulia Velicu

Madness

Rating: 5.0

I cry out of pleasure
And I get it full
A pool, as a treasure
Or a treasure as a pool?

Putting my eyes at ease,
I realize, it's more than full
Then I decide to freeze
The deep red pool.

Now that's only me and the pool,
I realise time has stopped.
My wonderland turned to be cruel
And the pool started to crack.

I no longer know you
I no longer need to cry
Now what must I do..
So that I could once again fly.

As I tried to walk
I have soon realized
My feet had started to sunk
The pool crystalized.

I have no words to speak.
It's all in my heart
I scream forth, I am not weak!
And so the pool tears apart.

And there the hole has no bottom
In the pitch darkness am tossed
Is it you I had forgotten
Or me who I had lost?

Good poem! Share mine and, cheers! Fly with Me Fly with me. Why do you just kiss in the dark street? Oh, fly with me. There is more to know though the lips are sweet. Fly with me. Say good-bye to the bees lost in flowers and trees. Oh, fly with me Over the mountains, across the seas. Fly with me Into wherever our minds can see. Oh, fly with me Beyond what our present being seems to be. -from GOD BLESS NOT ONLY AMERICA
